Sheets2Json is a powerful service that turns static spreadsheets and tabular data into dynamic, queryable JSON APIs. Whether you're working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CSV files, or more, Sheets2Json makes data accessibility effortless. Convert, store, and query your data, unlocking endless possibilities for developers, data analysts, and businesses.

The Service also provides API endpoints to dynamically parse supported document formats from any publicly accessible url.

User Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• You may not use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.

Data Usage & Privacy

• We do not sell, share, or otherwise monetize your data.
• Your imported data is stored securely and accessible only via means you control.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and process any data.

Service Availability & Limitations

• While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time, with notice when possible.
• We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (e.g., Google Sheets changes).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or exploit the Service (e.g., excessive API requests).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
• Upload malicious data or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload data you do not own, or have the right to use.

Payment & Subscription

• Free plans are available, with limitations based on usage tiers.
• Paid plans will be available in the future.
• Payments are one-time purchases unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or limits, but we will notify you in advance of any changes affecting your current plan.

All payments are processed through our trusted payment vendor(s). Sheets2Json does not collect, store, nor have access to any payment details, including credit card or banking information. Payments are handled securely in accordance with the latest industry standards.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose security risks with and without notice. You can delete your account and/or any of your data at any time.

Disclaimer & Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of the Service.
• Your use of third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel Online) is subject to their respective terms of use policies.
• We are not affiliated with any third-party services and can not provide support for any issue not directly related to the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
